Process
Design
Our team of experts work with you to design high-end Residential and Commercial custom cabinetry, furniture, doors, mouldings, ceilings, doors, casework & Architectural Millwork. Projects typically start as drafting drawings created by our experts and transition to 3D rendering files to be used by our state-of-the-art CNC machines.
Manufacturing
Our expert craftsmen have a bevy of tools at their disposal to manufacture your vision to life. They produce one-of-a-kind pieces using their experienced hands & shop tools or by using our in-house 4 axel state-of-art CNC machine. Our facility is centrally located, minutes from Manhattan, Brooklyn & North Jersey.
Fabrication
Every one of our expert craftsmen are trained in the traditional ways of cabinetmaking & woodworking. While they would prefer to dowel most of our joinery by hand, their expertise has been updated and brought into the 21st century with the introduction of our state-of-the-art CNC machine. Down to the smallest micrometer, our CNC machine will travel to the exact dowel location, drill the required hole and insert the specific dowel needed during the fabrication process.
Veneer & Laminating
We source the highest quality woods directly from our manufacturing partners. Our automated equipment delivers precise finishing and lamination while minimizing labor hours billed to our customers.
Mouldings
There is nothing quite like walking into a magnificent Pre-War building and noticing all the fine details the expertly crafted building has to offer. The classical architectural feature that translates that feeling of high class the most, is the moulding surrounding each room. Mouldings are the alphabet of the language called classical architecture. We produce one-of-a-kind moulding to match any style of architecture our clients request. Every single piece is crafted individually and uniquely for the project at hand.
Finishing
Our 15,000 square foot workshop houses multiple finishing chambers. Each custom piece comes through the production line and enters our finishing chamber contaminate free. We then apply the finish of your choice: polyurethane, lacquer, acrylic or water base. These pieces are then transferred to our infra-red heaters for an expedited dry.
Installation
Only Wallace Architectural Millwork is able to see your vision through to life, from the design phase to the installation phase. We provide white glove service installation; you can count on us to install each custom piece perfectly with no mess leftover to deal with. The countless hours we painstakingly put into our work shows in the quality of results we provide to our residential and commercial customers.
